More details are being uncovered surrounding the sudden death of Mary Cosby‘s son Robert Cosby Jr.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star’s late child passed away earlier this week at the age of 23 from a possible overdose.

Now, audio from the 911 call is revealing some new details about the incident before police, fire and paramedics arrived.

According to Page Six, the dispatcher said, “Twenty-three year-old male, not conscious, not breathing. One dose of Narcan given,” adding, “Police have been called. Three units in route.”

As previously reported, the publication notes that a spokesperson for the Salt Lake City Police Department confirmed Robert was found dead on Monday (February 23) after officers “responded to an overdose call that turned into a death investigation.”

Authorities confirmed they responded to the call at 6:14pm.

Mary has since shared a statement confirming her son has passed, and RHOSLC executive producer Andy Cohen has also reacted to the sad news.
