Kim Kardashian is getting back on the Hollywood horse, it seems.

After her last scripted outing in Ryan Murphy’s “All’s Fair” was deemed “a crime against television,” insiders tells Page Six she’s considering saddling up with the mogul again.

We hear the “Love Story” director has been in talks with the reality star about participating in a new series he is stitching up on Melinda Farina, the so-called “Beauty Broker” who matches deep-pocketed clients with top plastic surgeons.

The Skims tycoon has become something of a Murphy muse, appearing in 2023’s “American Horror Story: Delicate” and the 2025 legal drama “All’s Fair.” (He is known for injecting and filling the same actors into multiple projects.)

Back in November, “All’s Fair,” a legal drama starring Kardashian and Naomi Watts debuted with a stunning “0% fresh” score on Rotten Tomatoes. Slate called it “maybe one of the worst shows of all time,” and the Guardian said it was “fascinatingly, existentially terrible.”

But apparently Kardashian hasn’t been put off the small screen for life.

If Murphy manages to pull things together, the new show would center on Farina, who charges around $750 an hour to consult with clients, decode medical jargon and connect them with the right doctor for whatever tweak, tuck or new face they’re after. Gwyneth Paltrow is reportedly a client.

Kardashian has more than a passing resemblance to Farina, so she could be a seamless fit for the role. However, there are other ways she could be involved in the project.

News of the shows development was first reported in Carson Griffith’s Substack “Rich People Sh-t.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star and her family famously know the subject matter well.

Her mother Kris Jenner got her much talked about facelift from one of Farina’s favorite plastic surgeons to work with: Park Avenue doctor, Steven M. Levine, causing a boost in her business.

“Kris Jenner is not even my client,” Farina told the New York Times in a profile. “And when she came out about her face-lift, my inbox blew up. We got over 700 inquiries that day.”

Farina would make for some good dramatic contour. According to the Times: “She has gotten into legal spats with beauty influencers. She has publicly accused two of the industry’s best-known doctors of botching procedures. (One of them sued her. The case was settled out of court.)”

Murphy seems to have an obsession with chasing perfection. He created “Nip/Tuck,” which ran from 2003 to 2010. His recent show “Beauty,” starring Bella Hadid, is about a virus that makes people gorgeous, but carries fatal effects.

Reps for Murphy, Kardashian and Farina did not return request for comment.
