Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ divorce case has taken an interesting turn as the latter has named Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville as potential witnesses in their proceedings. With this development, Sheen and Glanville could be called to the court. Reports claim that Phypers wants as much as $150,000 from Denise Richards in their divorce.

Aaron Phypers wants Charlie Sheen to testify in Denise Richards’ divorce case

Phypers and Richards‘ divorce case has already seen quite a dramatic battle since the divorce was filed back in July. With multiple allegations flying from both ends, the divorce has also drawn a lot of attention to itself.

However, now, Phypers’ legal team has named Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville as potential witnesses, stating that they could speak on Richards’ alleged “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.” The filing also included Phypers’ family members and Richards’ father as potential witnesses.

Charlie Sheen, the famed star of Two and a Half Men, was married to Denise Richards from 2002 to 2006. They also share two daughters. Though they had a tense relationship, especially during the later stages, they seem to have a cordial relationship now.

Brandi Glanville, meanwhile, worked with Richards in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Glanville previously claimed that she had an affair with Richards, a claim that the Wild Things actress denied.

Phypers filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in July this year. Since then, there have been some very serious accusations hurled at both of them. Richards accused Phypers of domestic violence while Phypers claimed that Richards had a year-long affair.

Apart from Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville, actress Kasia Wolejnio, counselor Wendy Bernacki, a woman named Sara Curtis, and Terry Ahern have also been named as potential witnesses (via Page Six).

This case remains far from resolved, and there could be many big twists in the coming days.
