Indeed, Jennifer Lopez made a surprise appearance to present at the 67th Grammy Awards Feb. 2nd and continued her legacy of showing up and showing out in style.
Though the “Let’s Get Loud” singer was not originally announced as a presenter for the event—hosted by Trevor Noah—the superstar was introduced to present the award for Best Latin Pop Album.
“Now to present the Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album,” the announcer said, “one of the biggest artists in the world of music, film and beyond. Global superstar, Jennifer Lopez.”
As the 55-year-old—who filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in August—glided onto stage, she donned an ab-baring black turtleneck with black glove sleeves and a sheer, floor-length silver skirt complete with a bow-like structure that hugged her hips and rose above them.
“Here's the truth,” Jennifer began, before eventually handing out the award to Shakira, “in any language, music's biggest night only gets bigger and better when it brings us the whole world of music.” (Click here to see the complete list of winners from the 2025 Grammy Awards.)
J. Lo shocked audiences earlier in the night as Trevor over to introduce Benson Boone—who was nominated for Best New Artist alongside Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Khruangbin, RAYE, Shaboozey, Teddy Swims and Doechii—and the camera panned over to his table, which featured the Jennifer among its guests.
As the Daily Show host listed Benson’s global accolades, Jennifer looked on, smiling and clapping like a proud mom.

“His song ‘Beautiful Things’ topped the global charts for weeks and was the most streamed song in the world last year, with over 5 billion streams on Spotify,” Trevor explained about the singer, as Jennifer giggled along. “And also, he had that mustache first, Timothée Chalamet. Yeah, we know who started it all.”
