Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by Adpathway
Credit: GettyMegan Fox wasn’t afraid to push the envelope with her latest campaign.
The 40-year-old actress stars in a new advertisement for Ro Sparks, a prescription erectile dysfunction treatment from healthcare company Ro. Wearing a fitted red outfit featuring the product’s logo, Megan plays the medication itself, delivering a pitch filled with innuendo.
Speaking with People, she revealed that the original concept was even more daring than she had anticipated.
Megan initially expected to ask for a script with more humor and sex appeal. Instead, she found herself suggesting that the team pull back.
“We actually had to go back and be like, ‘Maybe we could dial it down a little bit,’ because they really went for it with some of the jokes and the innuendos — which I love,” the Jennifer’s Body star shared.
She also explained why women belong in the discussion, pointing out that difficulties with intimacy can affect both partners. In her view, honest conversations and a supportive response are especially valuable during the less sexually active periods of a long-term relationship.
Rather than leaving one person to navigate the subject alone, Megan hopes couples will approach it together.
“We’re on the same team,” she said. “We want the same thing. Let’s do this together.”
Ro Sparks combines sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis, in a treatment that dissolves under the tongue, Ro states on its website. The compounded product is not FDA-approved.
The advertisement will include television advertising and advertising in Times Square.
Brian Austin Green says he led with “physical attraction” in his marriage to Megan Fox.
