Expert Crafting Tips

  • If you have construction paper on hand, you can use it instead of card stock. Keep in mind though that depending on the brand, construction paper can rip easily and not roll really well. Plus, card stock colors are much more vibrant!
  • You can also use craft foam instead of card stock. Both are equally sturdy, though you will likely have to staple the foam together and staple the yarn handle in place as tape may not stick well.
