OR ELSE! is 20 ridiculous space guns. Do what the gun says, or grit your teeth and pray it malfunctions. A party card game for 3-6 goons.
OR ELSE! is a 15-25 minute standoff for 3-6 armed acquaintances. Everyone points a ridiculous mail-order space gun at everyone else. Nobody dies…these guns do something worse: they make you DO things.
The SHRINK-O-MATIC makes your rival discard down to 2 cards. The POLYMORPH PAL makes them cluck when they draw. THE KAZOO-KA makes them hum everything they say: out loud, in front of everybody, until their next turn.
And every gun is a full 1950s mail-order advertisement: eyebrow copy, a demand in 40-point type, legally dubious fine print, and a coupon you could theoretically clip. The fine print isn’t flavor; the fine print is the rules. Every WARNING on every card tells you exactly how that gun backfires.
Because your target always has two options, and both hurt:
- COMPLY. Do what the demand says.
- GRIT TEETH. Pay 1 of your 3 precious Teeth… and the gun MALFUNCTIONS all over its owner.
These guns are garbage. That’s the point. First goon to 5 GENUINE LOOT wins. Everyone else lives with what they said.
