Prince Harry’s stalker stayed close to him amid his privacy lawsuit against the publisher of The Daily Mail.

The 41-year-old Duke of Sussex recently went to High Court to testify, and got visibly emotional when discussing his wife Meghan Markle and the hardships she’s faced in the public eye.

While he was in court this past week, his known stalker sat very close to him twice while he was there, per The Telegraph.

“The known stalker, who it is understood may be suffering from mental health issues, attended the hearing on two of the four days the Duke was in court, taking a seat in the public gallery a few metres behind him,” the outlet reported.

The woman is on a list of people compiled by a private intelligence company for Harry. She was noticed by his private security team, who then notified court security staff, The Telegraph reports.

“There is nothing they could do; they are not the police. It’s a public building, and she has a right to be there. He is obviously always worried about his security situation; it’s not ideal,” a source told the outlet.
