Selena Gomez shared a disappointed message after her home team, the San Antonio Spurs, lost to the New York Knicks — while her bestie Taylor Swift celebrated courtside.
“Happy for NY but my heart breaks just a lil lol,” the actress wrote on her Instagram Story Wednesday beneath a throwback picture of her rocking a Spurs jersey.
“It’s ok. I’m happy for the teams! Thank you for giving us some great games @nba,” Gomez added.
Earlier in the night, the “Wizards of Waverly Place” alum shared a snap of herself watching the game on her laptop, writing, “3 am London time. But can’t miss it.”
The next morning, Gomez updated followers by first posting a shot of her script for “Only Murders in the Building” — which she’s currently filming in London — stating, “Time for work.”
She followed that up with a photo of herself rocking a messy bun and a tank with her hand over her face.

“Slept 3 hours,” Gomez simply wrote.
Ahead of Game 1, the NBA posted a throwback video of Gomez sitting courtside, flashing her jersey and laughing as the camera zoomed in on her.
On Wednesday, the Knicks defeated the Spurs in Game 4.
Gomez’s longtime pal Swift attended the game at Madison Square Garden alongside her friends Este Haim and Alana Haim.
The Grammy winner and her seatmate Mariska Hargitay rocked custom “Stevie Knicks” tees in the Knicks signature blue and orange colors.
Meanwhile, Alana sported a shirt that read “Knickelback,” while Este’s getup read “Knicole Kidman.”
Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce, missed the game for a mandatory three-day minicamp in Kansas City, Missouri, with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Still, celebrity row was filled with a slew of A-listers, including Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, Spike Lee, Larry David, Tracy Morgan, Adam and Jackie Sandler and Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan.
Despite a star-studded lineup, Swift still bumped into Jenner, years after her feud with the influencer’s sister Kim Kardashian.
In a TikTok capturing on-court post-game footage, Swift and Jenner made eye contact with each other before embracing. The two quickly spoke about how exciting the game was before turning around and chatting with other people.
The Knicks and Spurs are set to face off in Game 5 on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. ET.
