Simone Biles is back in the hospital just two months after “almost dying” from a mysterious medical emergency in June.

The Olympian, 29, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a black-and-white photo of herself in a hospital gown and shower cap.

Biles — who was seated next to her husband, Jonathan Owens — flashed a smile at the camera.

“His birthday but he takes me to get my procedure 🥹🥹🥹🤍🤍🤍,” she wrote beneath the snapshot. “I woke up singing BossMan Dlow’s ‘Talk my Sh–’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣.”

Last month, Biles shared online that she had experienced a terrifying health situation.

Despite valuing “privacy in today’s age,” the gymnast opened up to followers because “almost dying” wasn’t on her “bingo card.”

Biles didn’t further elaborate on what happened, but thanked her “close circle” who “checked in, visited and or sent flowers.”

The athlete promised to fill her fans in “sooner or later.”

“This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life, especially since Johnathan was in Indy for practices,” she said about Owens, 31, who was at NFL preseason practice for the Indianapolis Colts.

Biles and Owens first matched on the dating app Raya in March 2020 before going Instagram official in August of that year.

Two years later, the football player proposed on Valentine’s Day.

The couple tied the knot in a civil ceremony in Houston, Texas, in April 2023 before walking down aisle in a Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, one month later.

Since then, Biles has shared glimpses of their relationship online.

The gold medalist recently gushed over attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Madison Square Garden wedding earlier this month.

Biles detailed the night out on her Instagram Story, writing, “recapping NY because I can’t believe this is my life,” adding, “& no I’m not ‘lucky,’ I’m blessed.”

The pair donned matching burgundy outfits, with Owens writing on his own Instagram page, “What a night. So grateful to be able to witness such a beautiful ceremony with so many amazing people.”

“We love to celebrate love, a night we’ll truly never forget. Congratulations to the couple!!! #T&T.”
