Spider-Man 4‘s early box office numbers have already surpassed No Way Home and Avengers: Endgame. Brand New Day had its early screenings on Wednesday and Thursday. Its official theatrical run began this Friday. However, its earnings have already hit a huge record ahead of its weekend premiere.

According to Deadline, Spider-Man: Brand New Day has earned $72 million from its early screenings. This Marvel movie has beaten the studio’s previous record of $60 million, set by Avengers: Endgame. Moreover, it has broken the Thursday night record of No Way Home, which accumulated $50 million.

The web-slinger’s movie was created on a production budget of approximately $225 million. In the early pre-sales, it has reportedly made $120+ million worldwide. This number could go higher as the weekend approaches.

How much money is Spider-Man 4 expected to make this weekend?

The Sony, Marvel Studios, and Amy Pascal production is estimated to earn $465 million in its opening weekend, as per a previous Deadline report. If this prediction proves true, the Tom Holland movie will rank among Marvel’s top-grossing films of all time.

The studio’s highest-grossing opening weekends belong to Avengers: Infinity War, which earned $640.5 million, and Avengers: Endgame, with $1.22 billion.

So far, Spider-Man 4 has received a high Tomatometer score of 90% on Rotten Tomatoes. On Popcornmeter, this movie has earned a score of 98%. These scores are bound to fluctuate, yet the reviews look good ahead of its opening weekend.
