As a self-proclaimed BookTok girlie, I love to read. Literally anywhere and everywhere: on my couch, in bed, on the subway, when I’m traveling, you name it. But when I pull my hair back to keep it out of my face while reading, most claw clips end up digging into the back of my head, which…does not make for the most pleasant page-turning experience.

Then one of my colleagues put me onto Teleties Flat Back Hair Clips, and I’ve never looked back.

And they’re so easy to use! I pull my hair back into a ponytail style, then twist it up, and then secure it in place with the clip’s flexible teeth. The flattened design (which comes in so many fun shades and shapes!) keeps my hair firmly in place for however long I’m reading—and/or binge-watching Ted Lasso, sweating it out at Barry’s, or simply sitting on an airplane.

All without a random poke in the back of my head or constantly having to readjust my clip! Honestly, I don’t know if I could go back to traditional claw clips again after using these—and you don’t have to either.
