Trina Braxton‘s husband Von Scales has tragically passed away.

A rep for the family confirmed the devastating news.

Von Scales passed away at the age of 58, and his cause of death has not been revealed

A rep told TMZ, “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Von Scales, beloved husband of Trina Braxton. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers but is asking for privacy at this time as they navigate this unfortunate event.”

Apparently, a source close to the Braxton family shared that Von passed in the early morning hours of Thursday (October 1).

According to the site, he had been having heart issues, but no cause of death has been confirmed at this time.

Trina and Von got married back in 2019, and their nuptials were featured on Braxton Family Values and later The Braxtons.

Our thoughts are with Trina Braxton, as well as all of Von Scales‘ loved ones during this time. RIP.
