A new music video for Juvenile and Mannie Fresh’s “Party” has been released.

Playing out like a video game, the visual finds cartoon versions of Mannie Fresh and Juvie working to complete different missions like “NOLA Takeover” and “Set The Club On Fire.” Plenty of Cash Money Records tags pop up throughout, as well. It’s directed by Mack Lawrence, with creative production from Keith Brown.

“Party” first appeared as a bonus track on a 2024 reissue of Juvenile’s 1998 record 400 Degreez. Although he’d been well-loved in his native New Orleans for years, the album catapulted Juvie to broader stardom. 400 Degreez remains the rapper’s best-selling record to date, and is certified four times Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It peaked at No.2 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No.9 on the Billboard 200.

400 Degreez’ most enduring hit, however, is likely “Back Dat Azz Up,” which still enjoys viral success today. In 2023, Juvenile brought the hit to his debut performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk, where he also performed tracks like “Set It Off,” “Rodeo,” and “Slow Motion” during a 10-song set.

Juvenile released his most recent new album, J.A.G., with Birdman, in 2019. The record generated over 20 million total streams, but also earned critical acclaim, with Billboard calling the track “the beginning of a new era.”

Listen to the expanded edition of Juvenile’s 400 Degreez now.
