• Dr. Owen Hunt: Kevin McKidd’s Hunt is also contracted for Season 22. Before the cliffhanger ending of Season 21, his marriage to Teddy Altman ended.
• Dr. Teddy Altman: Kim Raver’s Altman has been contracted to appear in Season 22.
• Dr. Amelia Shepherd: Shepherd is one of the main cast members contracted for Season 22.
