Post Malone‘s fiancée Christy Lee is sharing the romantic story behind their recent engagement!

Christy is a fashion stylist who was first linked to the 31-year-old musician in early 2025. After briefly appearing to split later that year, the couple quietly reconciled and confirmed their engagement in August 2026.

In a new interview with Vogue, Christy revealed how Post secretly learned what she wanted in an engagement ring before surprising her with a romantic proposal at his Utah ranch.

How Post Malone proposed

As part of the engagement, Christy traveled to Post‘s Utah ranch for what became a week of surprises. He presented her with a baby Highland cow, bunnies, and chickens. However, he saved his biggest surprise for a little later.

Christy arrived at an intimate outdoor dinner at the ranch where her parents and friends had secretly gathered for the occasion. The setting featured twinkling lights, floral arrangements, and white florals all beneath a stunning starlit sky.

The “Circles” singer proposed to her under the floral arch and Christy‘s friend Siena Suder documented the entire engagement on film. She also wore a “Bride to Be” sash during the celebration.

“There was something so special about being at our ranch, surrounded by the people we love most and all of our new little animals,” she shared.

Post secretly designed Christy’s ring

For months, Post had subtly been asking Christy questions about engagement-ring styles. He disguised the questions well enough that she did not realize he was planning the ring’s design.

He used her answers to try and create something that she would have chosen herself, working carefully with Angel City Jewelers on a custom design.

The ring ended up being a 20-carat natural oval diamond ring set on a delicate gold band.

“When I saw it, I was honestly speechless,” she shared with Vogue.

The proposal took place on August 17, 2026 at Post‘s Utah ranch. The couple were first linked in early 2025 after being spotted together in Paris. A June 2025 report claimed they had separated, but they later reconciled privately and attended the Khaite fashion show together in February 2026. Their engagement was confirmed six months later.

Post Malone is set to return to his Big ASS World Tour in September in Hong Kong.
