Tennis drama is brewing off the court. Corentin Moutet has publicly called out Danielle Collins after the American player shared a story about him during a broadcast on Tennis Channel while covering the Miami Open. In the clip, Danielle, 32, claims Corentin, 26, flirted with her at the tournament and later in her direct messages, saying she shut him down with a playful jab about his serve. She also referenced his reaction to a dating profile comment of hers that previously went viral. Keep reading to find out more… “He was upset about that, messaged me, and then unfollowed me. Now he slid back in the DMs last night asking me if I saw his match and all the big serves that he was hitting,” she said. “I don’t think he has a chance…yet.” The French player fired back via X, disputing Danielle‘s version of events. “How can I unfollow you when I never followed you,” he wrote in a quoted post on the platform. “@TennisChannel how can you let someone say BS like this on tv.” He also alleged that Danielle had previously followed him and asked about playing “mixed dubs.” Danielle has not publicly responded to his remarks. Despite the off-court tension, Corentin won his Miami Open match against Tomas Machac and is now set to face world No. 1 Jannik Sinner.
