Halle Berry is sharing an exciting update about her 18-year-old daughter Nahla!

The 60-year-old Oscar winner attended the Create & Cultivate Festival Panel in Los Angeles on Sunday (September 20) and talked to People about how her daughter’s move to college was “a little scary.”

Halle revealed that she’s the first of her kids to go to college and she felt “proud of her,” but there’s “a little fear.”

“She’s in the world now all by herself,” she said.

Halle continued, “She went to another state, and I just hope that she makes the right decisions and that her dad and I hope we raised her up right and that she’ll make the most of her experience.”

With Nahla out of the house, Halle‘s 12-year-old son Maceo-Robert Martinez is reportedly enjoying sleeping in his sister’s bed and feeling like “an only child.”

There are perks that come with that,” she said. “They no longer have to compromise. We don’t have to agree on dinner anymore. He gets to decide these kinds of things for himself.”

However, Maceo-Robert also misses his siter and it does feel “off” without her presence at home.

Halle shares Nahla with ex Gabriel Aubry and her son with ex-husband Olivier Martinez.

Earlier this year, the X-Men star shared why she stopped doing interviews for a decade.
