Kelly Rowland is destined for a busy fall.
The music icon and mom of two is getting ready for back-to-school season — and finding time for self-care whenever she can (even if that means watching her current favorite show, “House of the Dragon,” after her kids go to bed).
“I think that when you can get your time to yourself, you can give the best version of yourself to yourself, to your kids, to your family,” she told Page Six Style. “Everybody benefits when your cup is filled.”
“I trusted the brand before we did this collaboration,” she said of Lysol. “It’s literally in my day-to-day life.”
LysolShe’s bringing the same philosophy to her partnership with Lysol, which is currently launching a Here for Healthy Schools: Quality Time Off (QTO) Grant to help families spend more quality time together.
Below, Rowland shares six self-care staples that keep her cup filled, from a $1,900 red light mask to the drugstore serum that gets her glowing.
